Refund policy

We hope you love your dress! But if isn't just right we accept returns for up to 30 days after delivery. Please follow these instructions:

For new dress returns, please email modernmodesty.ut@gmail.com with your order number and you will receive instructions for your return. 

Previously worn dresses are FINAL SALE and not returnable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. 

Dresses must be in original condition with tags. We reserve the right to refuse items not returned in acceptable condition.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We are not responsible for lost return packages — please keep your tracking number until delivery is confirmed.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached. We are not responsible for damage caused by washing or wearing.
