Shipping policy

Processing Times:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

US Shipping Rates:

• Free USPS Ground Advantage- orders over $125

• USPS Ground Advantage — $7.99 (est. 2–5 business days)

• USPS Priority Mail — $15.00 (est. 2–3 business days)

Shipping costs are non-refundable once your order ships. Delivery dates are not guaranteed — once your package is with USPS, we have no control over delivery timing.

Delivery Times:

Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-7 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates.

Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

Lost  or Delayed? 

Once an order has been given to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we're happy to help.
